Spiderman App
If we visit the mall, the number two request (right after visiting the lego store), is stopping by Apple to play ipads.

Their Playtime
Honestly, they play together upstairs A LOT. I don't have many rules for them up there. If they fight, then we intervene and it's usually not fun. They know the "rights/wrongs" like no writing on the walls and they have to clean up their mess. They've learned that in the evening, if they play quietly and nicely they get to stay up longer :)
And my heart melts a little when this is the place they've decided to color a picture together.

Day After Sleepover
Everyone was moving a little slowly....however the party continued with donuts, more pool and storytime at Wendys.

Sleepovers!!
Today Olivia and Mason both had a sleepover.
There was pool time, pizza, popsicles, baths, movies, popcorn...
Everyone had a great time and it was honestly easier to have both kids have a buddy over.

5am Boot Camp
For almost 2 years I get up 3 days a week crazy early to attend a boot camp class. These are a small fraction of the people that I see weekly. Valerie our instructor is in the middle and is an incredible motivator (I mean, she gets a full class to wake up at 5am!)

Concert
My hubby took me to a concert. Pepper, Rebelution (have you heard of them?? excellent!), and Sublime with Rome. During the Rebelution portion of the concert Chris of Morphis Art painted a picture on stage of the Houston skyline.
Guess who owns it now?!?

UGH
We booked the 5:50am flight because Tim needed to get into work that Monday....and it was brutal!!
Our alarm went off and we got in the rental car to head back to the airport over an hour away. Note the time....
Needless to say....we all slept on the flight home.

The Day After
phew - we all slept in (in fact, the kids slept amazing at the hotel....we kept it nice&chilly and brought the sound machine....they were sleeping until 10am each day!). And I must have taken so many pictures the days before that I didn't take one....until 10:30pm.
Here we are with our favorites...doing what we do...outside on the patio at our hotel.
It's 10:38pm when we took this picture..and we weren't in bed.
Our alarm is set to go off in 3.5 hours to start our journey home.

The Wedding Day!
The morning started early with hair appointments for all the girls.
Goin' to the chapel!!
July 18, 2015
There was a little bit of waiting time...loved the little girls playing in the church nursery.
Olivia did an incredible job as a flower girl. Gently tossing out real flower petals and walking very slowly. The ceremony was perfect. Loved the readings and hearing the sniffles from everyone around me.
And the reception was the most fun I've had in a long time. It was wonderful to catch up with family and dance the night away. An incredible evening celebrating an awesome couple!!!
Congrats to Mr. & Mrs. Bradford John Moslener!
We love you all so much.

The Rehearsal
The morning was spent playing and preparing.
Tom drove Erin and I in dad's convertible :)
The Rehearsal
Olivia, Reagan, and Scarlett are the flower girls
Gavin is the ring bearer
And my dad is bj's best man :)
My dad hosted a lovely evening at the Elk's club. We are all so excited about tomorrow!
And I don't have pictures of it...but later that night back in our hotel, for the first time we used facetime as a monitor. We put the kids to bed and left tim's phone in the room and facetimed my phone as we were in the lobby for a short while visiting with the Chapmans :) Now that was awesome!

Countdown to Wedding - 2 Days
And we're off to celebrate with my brother (BJ) and his lovely bride (Christine) and her son (Gavin).
Warning...there will be an obnoxious amount of pictures.
The kids are phenomenal travelers. For this trip they sat in the two seats in front of us...and besides a dropped toy and limiting them on refills of juice from the stewardess...we didn't have to talk to them at all.
Once we arrived in Ohio two thoughts:
1) Mason thought every stop was where the wedding was. Shuttle to rental car - is this the wedding? Rental car - is this the wedding? Rest stop - is this the wedding.
2) It was a LOVELY 70 degrees out....our kids were chilled ;) Those texas born kiddos!!!
Once in our spacious impala, the kids PASSED OUT! Note: they are sitting on bubble bum boosters...love them! They are inflatable and fit in the top pocked of our suitcase. Perfect for traveling or small cars.
ALMOST THERE.
Arrived to my dad's house and there is the lovely couple!!
And of course a ton of other pics. We had a lovely afternoon at my dads. The boys fried some fish and we all enjoyed some drinks and catching up!
The kids all had a BLAST! Scarlett is Christine's niece and is almost 7 and missing two front teeth....very similar to another girl we know ;) Gavin will be 6 in November right between Olivia and Mason. Needless to say, they played non-stop....and then the lightening bugs came out.

Packing Our Bags
Me - "Olivia please pack your bag. Anything you want to play with over the next four days has to fit in the bag."
The girl loves stuffed animals!!!

Work Stuff
When Eric hired me he immediately asked me to organize a client appreciation.
3 months later we had the event. It was at a local collegiate baseball game and most of the details were already set in place, but I did help bring the pieces all together...including the gifts.

Installing Car Stereos
Did that title instantly transport you to the 1990's???
I interrupted a test moment when I walked outside to check on the process and they had this song on:
Shania Twain's "Man, I Feel Like a Woman"

Sippy
They are WAY to old for it. But I don't want it to spill on the couch. So I put their chocolate milk in a sippy cup.

WOW Science Camp
For Olivia's 3rd year and Mason's 2nd...the kids are headed back to the WOW Science Camp. Olivia loves all things animals...so this camp is right up her alley. Mason loves Olivia and other people...so he also enjoys this time.
And for obvious reasons, Mommy also enjoys this 5 day camp ;)

"Working"
Today I needed to run a couple of errands for work. Decided to not get a sitter and brought the kiddos with me.
Turned out to be an incredible plan. They fell asleep immediately.
40 minutes later I'm aimlessly driving the roads of the greater Houston area not wanting to end this, obviously much needed, nap.

Happy 4th of July!!
Wow...this is the only picture I grabbed today!!!
We went to Eric's house for his birthday party/4th of July celebration and the kids had a blast swimming in the pool and bouncing in bounce houses. They cried when we carried them out of there.
We let them have a 4th of July popsicle before bed at 8pm. Tim and I order food in and enjoyed a "peaceful" evening at home while fireworks popped all around us.
7.03.2015
Blueberries
Today Chris and I took the kids blueberry picking at Mooreheads Blueberry Farm.
Love this picture of us!!
Although it was incredibly warm (it is July in Houston)...we had a great time and ended up with 3 pounds of blueberries!!
Oh and don't worry about the guys - they were having their own fun skeet shooting!

Sawmill Pool
A rockwall at a pool?!? And a slide, and a diving board, and a splash pad?!?!
This place was lots of fun!!
